Cherry Point is a covenant-controlled community. ALL owners are members of the HOA, so defined in the covenants (see Recital B); this is NOT a voluntary HOA. The HOA maintains architectural standards and serves as a community resource for the neighborhood. Annual meetings are held once a year, usually in April.
The CPHOA Covenants and Building Restrictions were adopted in 1956 and amended by the members in 2019. All homeowners are subject to the Covenants.

Halloween Parade, Saturday, July 4, 8:45 AM (parade at 9:30); Beliner's 3863 S Elm St; bring your trike, bike, scooter, stroller, walker to decorate for the 4th of July Parade around the neighborhood
Winterfest Potluck, Sunday, Dec 13, 4-7 PM on E Lehigh between Glencoe & Grape - This is a BYOB - bring food to share, bring drinks if you want something besides hot chocolate, bring chairs if you want to sit....join the neighborhood to celebrate at this last event for the year.
