Cherry Point is a covenant-controlled community. ALL owners are members of the HOA, so defined in the covenants (see Recital B); this is NOT a voluntary HOA. The HOA maintains architectural standards and serves as a community resource for the neighborhood. Annual meetings are held once a year, usually in April.
The CPHOA Covenants and Building Restrictions were adopted in 1956 and amended by the members in 2019. All homeowners are subject to the Covenants.
